Quick Summary

By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

 

Limited Edition — No Exchanges

This is a limited edition drop and will sell out quickly.

  • We cannot offer size exchanges, as stock may not be available after release day.
  • Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

 

All Sales Final

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.
  • Applies except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

 

Refunds Available If:

1. Manufacturing Fault

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the fault, and a brief description.
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Any signs of wear, deodorant marks, make-up, scuffing, pet hair, fragrance, or washing will void the refund.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
  • Return postage for faulty items covered by us in line with Australian Consumer Law.

2. Incorrect Size Ordered by You

  • You may return the item for a full refund if you ordered the wrong size.
  • Return postage is at your expense.
  • We cannot offer a size exchange, as stock may not be available after release day.
  • Item must meet the same return condition requirements listed above under “Manufacturing Fault” and will be inspected before any refund is processed.

3. Incorrect Item or Size Sent by Us

  • If we send the wrong item or size compared to your order confirmation, contact us within 7 days.
  • You may choose a refund or a replacement if stock is available.
  • Return postage for incorrect shipments will be covered by us.

 

No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind
  • Items showing wear, marks, pet hair, fragrance, or washing

 

Colour Variation

Colours may vary slightly from images shown due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. This does not constitute a fault.

 

Dispatch & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery timeframes are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for delays once the parcel is with the carrier.
  • Track your parcel using the link in your dispatch email.

 

Your Rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
