TERMS OF SALE

Quick summary: No exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final once placed. Refunds available for faulty items (return at our cost, no exchanges). Refund for incorrect size ordered (return at your cost, no exchanges).

By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

Limited edition — no size exchanges
This is a limited edition drop and will sell out quickly. We cannot offer size exchanges as stock may not be available after release day. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

All Sales Final
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds available if:  (1) Manufacturing fault: contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. Item must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags and packaging. Refund after inspection and approval. Return postage for faulty items will be covered by us.   (2) Incorrect size ordered by you: you may return the item for a full refund. Return postage is at your cost. No size exchanges. Item must meet the same return conditions as above and will be inspected before refund.   (3) Incorrect item or size sent by us: contact within 7 days. Refund or replacement if stock is available. We cover return postage.

No Refunds for:
Change of mind. Items showing wear, marks, pet hair, fragrance, or washing.

Colour Variation
Colours may vary slightly from images due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. This is not a fault.

Dispatch and Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays once the parcel is with the carrier. Track your parcel via your dispatch email.

Your Rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
